It has been awesome to watch the kids attack the weight room with 507 FAST leading the way these first couple of weeks. Attendance has been fantastic, and all four groups have shown a real passion for getting better.

We had 123 student-athletes attend the first day of 507 Strength & Conditioning. The athletes worked hard, competed, and took the first step toward getting stronger and faster.

It will be exciting to watch them stack good days together, continue to improve, and see what they can accomplish through their commitment and effort. We're also looking forward to seeing the impact that 507 FAST and Coach Erik Myran can have on our athletes.

The national competition was hosted in Tennessee and included almost 7,000 students from more than 800 schools from across the country, as well as some international competitors.

A southeast Minnesota school made history at a national competition, with students earning top honors.

Thankful for the Claremont, Dodge Center, and West Concord Fire and Police Departments for escorting our State Track & Field athletes home. Two weather delays at the meet made our arrival (about 12:30am) a little later than expected, but we greatly appreciated the warm welcome. Words can’t explain how much it means to our athletes and coaches to have this level of support.

It’s not every day that you get to welcome home three athletes who achieved the level of success that Averee, Pierce, and Brady did at the State Meet this year. We couldn’t be more proud of all you three accomplished.

What an incredible day for our school and community.
