Minnesota gun owners were staring down legislation that would have banned what lawmakers labeled “military-style assault weapons.” Anyone wanting to keep banned fi****ms they already legally owned would have been forced to register them and submit to warrantless storage inspections just to stay compliant. Magazines over ten rounds would have been outlawed, with mandatory destruction of those already owned.

Yesterday, those bills died in committee. But the agenda did not and we know they will be back.

Never back down.
