Beginning this Saturday, 9/5, Brandon Running will have a 6am AND a 7am group run starting from Campo YMCA.

Due to the lightning and rain, Brandon Running Association will not be attending Bullfrog Creek tonight as a club. If you choose to head out on your own, please be smart and stay safe! 🧡

But we don’t have to wait long for our next group run 👀🏃‍♀️💨

NEW SATURDAY SPLIT START ROUTES

Don’t want to get up super early, but want to run with other people?

Starting next Saturday, 9/5, we will be doing a split start. We will now have our normal 6am route start and a new 7am route start.

Water will be available at the park on Natures Way. This will be roughly 3.5 miles into each route.

It is with a heavy heart, and due to logistical reasons, that we have made the decision to cancel the 2027 Brandon Half Marathon & 5K.

We want to thank all of the runners, volunteers, and sponsors who have been a part of this race for so many years and helped make it an amazing experience.

We are working towards the possibility of returning in 2028 and will keep you all updated.

🫂 Hugs to Operation Helping Hand

At tonight’s Brandon Running Association meeting at JF Kicks , OHH Treasurer Bill Szydlowski presented the Tribute Award to the club and B.R.A. President Anthony Emrich. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Longtime club member Steve Swift also spoke about B.R.A.'s ongoing sponsorship of OHH Tampa and their vital mission of supporting injured active-duty military personnel and their families. 🫶🏼
