Re: Annual Meeting

Pursuant to its By-Laws, the Branchport Rod & Gun Club will hold its annual meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. The meeting will be held at 6:30 in the club house: 3061 Armstrong Road, Branchport,
New York.

An agenda item at the annual meeting is the election of officers and select directors. The following individuals have been nominated for their listed positions (one year term unless otherwise noted):

 President: Mike Haff
 Vice President: Rick Ayers
 Secretary: Todd Gleockner
 Treasurer: Clay Tietjen
 Director, Clay Targets: Jeff Welker

It is also time to renew your membership to the Club. The support of our members has remained strong. We hope that you enjoyed a number of the programs that the Club offered and will decide to remain a member. The yearly dues continue to be $35 per year for an individual membership and $60 per year for a family membership. If you have recently joined or already

We would like to congratulate two of our members, Jackson Lazarus and Trevor Gleockner, on their performance this past weekend at the NYSHSCTL S***t Shooting State Tournament that was held at Rochester Brooks on 6/13/26. Great shooting boys and keep up the good work!
