Offering Yoga classes, Reiki sessions, holistic experiences, and a sense of community. Lori Arrechea, is the studio owner of eZential Wellness, and has been teaching yoga within Somerset County, NJ since 2003. After teaching for many years in private homes, local gyms, and corporate fitness centers, Lori wanted one place where she could focus her teaching, and reach out into the community. This v

ision became a reality after finding the perfection location for her own yoga studio in Branchburg, NJ. Now, along with a group of dedicated and thoughtful instructors, Lori hopes each and every student will find eZential Wellness a place for harmony, healing and happiness on their own personal yoga journey. Our yoga studio provides a quiet area of retreat with a welcoming lounge that we lovingly call our "Zen Den", a spacious and calming yoga room for classes and weekend events or workshops, as well as two private rooms for Reiki, Sound/Vibration Massage, Reflexology, Mindfulness Meditation, and more! We hope to see you soon and have this become your yoga and wellness home!

This workshop invites you into intentional self-care as we flow through soothing hatha yoga postures, thoughtfully infused with Kundalini breathwork, and rebalance our energy centers (chakras). We will close the practice with a deeply restorative savasana, enhanced with aromatherapy and Reiki.

Let's get cozy and celebrate the Winter Solstice with a Somatic Journey yoga workshp!❄️✨️

Join next Saturday!

December 20th, 11am-12:30pm ($40)

The Winter teaches us to slow down and rest. Katie will guide you through gentle Somatic yoga (designed to release stored stress and emotions in your body) and breathwork to relax your nervous system. 😌 Followed by each participant pulling an oracle card from the Earth Spirit deck to set the mood; and a calming journey meditation southbath with Drum and Tibetan singing bowls. 🧘‍♀️

Stay after the yoga session for some hot cocoa and bond with your peers!🥰☕️
