Here are the summer open gyms and conditionings!!

Open Gyms will always be in the Main Gym at IHS and Conditionings we will always meet in the Main Gym unless notified differently! These are not mandatory, but encouraged! Make sure you have an up to date sports physical! It can be found on our athletic page!
