👏Congratulations to our athlete of the month: Sophia Wong!👏

Sophia has been with us a few months now but has already hit huge milestones and even crushed her first competition!

She says she joined CrossFit to get stronger. Sophia’s favorite thing about CrossFit Factory is the supportive community and the ability to continue to push herself after her time as a collegiate athlete. She looks forward to every workout and says she has the best time at CrossFit!
