Starting in January we will begin training for the season of Tuff Mudder (and similar style races) events. The overall goal is to provide a training atmosphere to help us prepare for our upcoming extreme races by mimicking all events within a confined location. Each week our obstacle based training course will change slightly to provide more challenging variations of obstacles to better prepare us

The purpose of this page is to provide information regarding out training times, locations, and other various information, as well as providing training tips and inspiration. Also, to create an atmosphere of maniacs who are likewise interested in grueling training regimens. Note: If you are not participating in an extreme race you're more than welcome to come train...it'll be a hell of a workout regardless.

Directions:
Heading on Rt 37 in Braintree towards Holbrook, there will be a large park with a playground in the middle of it on your RIGHT. Just past the playground there are two stone pillars with a small access road between them. Take this right to go down the access road. Stay left at every opportunity once on the access road, and you'll see the training area.
