Some encouragement for the day: write a schedule for yourself and set some goals, maybe 1, 2 or 3. It is so important for our mental, physical, and spiritual health to keep with a schedule during this time when we may have more down time than we are used to. Set some challenging goals and use this extra time to improve yourself. Today was the first day of pounding the pavement and I ran 4 miles in 33 minutes! A surprising start for my new fitness goal. Keep the faith everyone, and push to improve, you may just surprise yourself.
