Today, we had the honor of delivering a HUGE school supply donation to Harrison Elementary!

We were blown away by how much we were able to collect, and the appreciation from the Harrison Elementary staff made it all worth it!

We’re so grateful to everyone who donated and helped make this possible. We love supporting our community!

Here’s to a great school year!

Had a fun evening celebrating company growth! So grateful for this team and all the hard work they put in every day.

Theresa, 76 - "I felt like I had lost some muscle mass since retiring. Strength Studio has helped me tremendously with gaining strength and muscle definition again. My golf drives are stronger and better! The 1on1 training is great. When I want to give up, my trainer encourages me with, ‘Just one more.' It’s great motivation! I’ve also noticed relief from my carpal tunnel pain."

Lonny, 76 - "After several major injuries and surgeries, including two knee replacements, a hip replacement and two broken hips, I became very unsteady walking and needed a cane or walker. I had always been active, but in recent years I struggled with walking and staying motivated. I’ve found that 1on1 personal training is a great motivator! Strength Studio has improved my overall strength—not just my legs, but my back and arms as well. I have less pain in my legs and can now walk the distance of our house without any aides."

"The individualized plans are modified to avoid aggravating tender areas while still building strength. We would recommend Strength Studio to everyone, no matter their age. It was so gratifying to see so many people our age in the program! Thank you for helping us stay strong in these later years!”

Today marks 7 years of Strength Studio!

To every client who has walked through our doors, trusted us, supported us, referred friends and family, showed up consistently, and believed in what we were building… thank you!

We also wouldn’t be here without our incredible staff — the people who pour their hearts into this place every single day. Their passion, energy, and commitment to our clients are what make Strength Studio so special, and we are endlessly grateful for everything they do!

And now, we’re stepping into one of our biggest chapters yet… This Fall, Strength Studio will be moving into a completely renovated space in downtown Brainerd. We’re beyond excited for this next step and for all the opportunities it will bring to continue growing, serving, and supporting this community for years to come. Stay tuned!

Join us in congratulating Trevor on his 1-year anniversary at Strength Studio! 🎉

In just one year, he’s completed 2,639 training sessions and earned his certification as a High Intensity Exercise Specialist!

When asked what made him most proud this year:
“It fills me with pride to educate each day about the advantages of strength training, nutrition, consistency, and more. Witnessing the remarkable transformations in our clients’ lives over time is truly fulfilling, knowing that we’ve made a positive impact on their overall well-being.”

Trevor says his favorite part of working at Strength Studio is the instant connection he’s built with both clients and staff!

Favorite exercise: Calf Raise
Least favorite: Abs (they’re the most overtrained muscle group!)

Trevor, thank you for your dedication and the energy you bring every day—we’re lucky to have you!

Ever walk into the gym and have no idea what to do?

Here’s what Jess has to say 💪

"I love coming to Strength Studio because I don't have to think about what I'll be doing during the session; they have it all planned out for me!

The trainers keep track of my progress, increase weights accordingly, and they push me harder than I would myself.

Strength has helped me reach my weight loss goal & they'll be a crucial part in me maintaining my weight loss, while continuing to build strength."
