Race Weekend Recap 🏁

Friday, Aug. 21 — West Fargo/ Fix It Forward Speedway

Heat: 7th ➡️ 5th
Feature: 14th ➡️ 9th

Decided to head to Fargo, pulled in a little late and opened up the trailer door to a pool of rearend fluid. Had 15 minutes to change gears for the heat race, huge thanks to Tim Gonska for helping and borrowing us a set of gears! 👊

Unfortunately, we ended up getting into a tractor tire and breaking the left front, but we battled through and brought home a 9th.

Saturday, Aug. 22 — EMR North Central Speedway

Heat: 4th ➡️ 2nd
Feature: 6th ➡️ 2nd ➡️ 1st 🏆

What a comeback! The car felt great, and we’re going to make a few more adjustments and see what we can do for Track Championship Night! 🏆

🏆 Feature: 2nd → 3rd

Had the lead for about half the feature and had a strong lead going, but a caution came out and lost the lead. From there, battled hard for 2nd and brought it home with a 3rd-place finish!

Race results 8-1-26, at North Central Speedway

Heat: 4th to DNF. Motor was not right, thinking we burnt a few valves with it leaning out last week.

Feature: 10th to 12th. Took the flag in order to get points. 

Not the night we were going for, but took the motor out today and looked over the car.
