Genesis Martial Arts & Fitness expanded to this location in 2016 to better server our members. Daily progress. That’s all that matters. Whether you are training to compete in Combat Sports, trying to improve at your chosen profession, getting stronger, or trying to lose weight, the only thing that really matters is that you continue to make small daily improvements. Forward is the only direction you want to be moving. Most of the forward progress is achieved by self discipline, but part is due to making sure you are pointed in the right direction. Our coaches are experts at making sure you have the direction you need to be the best version of yourself possible. Our boxing, grappling, Muay Thai, Professional Wrestling, and fitness instructors have years of experience in creating successful students, and where applicable, competitive fighters.
