Saturday Aug.13th /27th, 9:00 - 10:00 am, pay as you go. Only $10.00 per class, Second family member only $5.00. (Children must be accompanied by parent). Senior 60 and older on $5.00 per class!
Classes are held twice a month.
Every third class is FREE!

These are SIMPLE easy to remember Qigong techniques to reduce stress, build positive energy, and balance mind and body.

No experience or uniform needed. These can be performed standing and sitting for those with physical difficulty.
