🔥 Weekly Fitness Challenge: 100 Minutes in 7 Days 🔥
Ready to start moving? This week’s challenge is simple and designed for everyone, regardless of fitness level.
✅ Goal: Complete 100 minutes of exercise in the next 7 days.
That breaks down to:
* 15 minutes a day for 6 days, or
* 20 minutes a day for 5 days
Your workout can include:
🏃 Walking, running, stairs or jogging
🚴 Biking
🏋️ Weight training
🧘 Stretching or yoga
🥊 Boxing or fitness classes
🏈 Sports training
Challenge Rules:
1. Complete 100 total minutes by the end of the week.
2. Comment “DONE” when you finish.
3. Tag a friend to join you and stay accountable.
