We hit a major milestone at the Whaleback course this weekend - we now have 9 baskets and 9 tee pads installed!!! Huge thank you to all of the volunteers who pitched in over the past 2 years to make this happen!

The Community Day event and course opening is just 2.5 weeks away, be sure to mark your calendars for this event! In addition to a beautiful 9-hole loop, we're going to have live music by Of Conscious Mind, food and beer served up by the team at Whaleback Mountain, prizes and giveaways, and more fun than you can shake a stick at!

Please avoid hole 18 until it can be relocated. The owner of the neighboring property had threatened legal action if anyone trespasses on his property.

Oxbow Hole 18 is CLOSED

Due to conflicts with the neighboring landowner, everyone needs to consider hole 18 closed until it can be relocated. Legal action has been threatened due to people with errant shots trespassing on his land to retrieve discs.

All UVDGA leagues in Bradford will no longer play this hole. While we as an organization have no authority over school property, we hope all of you will grasp the seriousness of the situation and do everything you can do avoid further incidents by skipping it in casual rounds as well.

We will be working with the school to find an alternative location for hole 18 which avoids blow back both on the club and the disc golf community in general. Thank you all for your help with this, and please be sure to tell any friends who might not see this message.

See you tonight Upper Valley Disc Golf Association!

The Storrs Pond Disc Golf Course Thursday Night Doubles ended last week with a bunch of ridiculously hot rounds including 4 teams tied at -15. The log jam at the top didn't get any smaller, but congratulations are in order to our newest champion, Remy, who squeaked out at 1 point victory!

With that in mind, this week marks week 1 of our Glow at Oxbow series at Oxbow Disc Golf Course. Thursday nights we'll be meeting at 5:30pm for some twilight/glow golf. This is a great way to keep your Thursday night golf game in top form until Thursday Night Doubles starts back up in the spring.

Upper Valley Disc Golf Association Church League will be playing at Storrs Pond Disc Golf Course this Sunday. We will also not have a league round the follow Sunday because we have the Storrs Pond Classic.

Attention: Please avoid entering the field next to hole 18. While there is no signage, the owner of the field does not want anyone stepping foot onto his property.

We are working with the Upper Valley Disc Golf Association to relocate the hole, but in the meantime, please stay off the field that lines hole 18.
