It's been awhile..... and we sure missed this!

The Bo Butner Racing team has returned to the dragstrip, and we've been enjoying a bunch of racing over the last week here at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk. We think we're good and ready for the 20th annual Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals!

The first race of the double-divisional was a strong return to NHRA competition for this team - Bo got to the semis in Super Gas and Randi Lyn notched a quarterfinals finish in Stock. Great racing, all around!

The second event saw Bo turn on four win lights to reach the quarterfinals in Super Gas, and RL came out on the not-so-fun end of a good race in round two.

There’s already been some stout competition out on that racetrack, and we can't wait for more! Congratulations to all of the division winners - and how about Brian Corradi (yes, THAT Brian Corradi) going to the semis in Stock in race two?! Awesome job.

We’ve had a few days to play, now it’s on to the national. Qualifying and time trials start tomorrow morning, bright and early. Stay tuned!

We were thrilled to see our very own Bo Butner honored as one of NHRA's Top 50 Sportsman Drivers! It's even more meaningful because this list was voted on by a panel of drag racing champions, the racers he has competed with for years — and the other names on this list are pretty incredible. Thank you to the panel, and congratulations to Bo and each of the drivers to have made this esteemed list. An honor well-earned!

As part of NHRA’s 75th Anniversary celebration, an elite panel of Sportsman racing legends collaborated to select the Top 50 Sportsman Racers from NHRA’s first 75 years. Here's the third group of 10 to be celebrated.

Grandson Dean ran the Juice Box class at the The Salem Speedway Legendary Kart Club last weekend, following in older cousin J5's footsteps! He did awesome and we're super proud of him for taking on this challenge - just three years old and ready to run for trophies!

We had such a blast at US 60 Dragway this weekend racing the MEGA BUCKS – $20K / $20K / $10K Bracket Race | May 29-31, 2026! After getting settled and in the groove, our girl Randi Lyn grabbed 13 win lights and a runner-up! She said it was a big challenge, but one she enjoyed - and you could see it in how she was driving. We're proud of her and she says she's grateful to Hunter and Bo for the car they gave her (and sister Kristi for the support and photos!).

And so it begins! The new chapter starts this Sunday in Salem, Indiana — one of the oldest tracks in the country — as grandson James gets behind the wheel for his first race.
