Gene Cloud Spearfishing Tournament. This Saturday, July 9th. Are you Ready!!! We are counting down the days until this weekends biggest Spearfsihing event. We are giving away over $30,000.00 in cash and prizes. We have upped the ante this year with cash prizes for 1st - 3rd place in all divisions. The field is limited to Gulf of Mexico and no more than 120 feet or 30 NM from shore. Everyone with most any boat has a chance to win. This tourney is 100% charity and all extra proceeds go to Shriners Childrens Hospital and All Childrens Hospital St Pete. Gene Cloud Memorial Spearfishing Tournament 2016
Attention all shooters, the tournament events are starting soon. Thanks to the generosity of Anna Maria Oyster Bar ( US 41 ) we will be holding our KICK OFF PARTY on the evening of Tuesday June 14th. We will be raffling off a lot of great prizes including Yeti coolers, Shark Sheilds, and a Beautiful Custom Speargun. Anna Maria Oyster Bar will also be providing free appetizers. Spearfishermen friends and family are encouraged to attend this great event. All paid attendees will automatically recieve one raffle ticket towards each item at the pre party. This years event is proving to be a great success and we are only a few thousand dollars away from raising our goal of $30,000 to give to Shriners Hospital for Children and All Children's Hospital St Petersburg. We have had wonderful support thus far and we are still looking for any sponsors to provide a cash or prize donation for this charitable event.

( July 7th is the last day to register we are limiting the amount of shooters to 250 shooters we will cut off registration on July 7th or at 250 shooter what ever comes first last year we sold out a week before the tournament.)

JULY 8TH- CAPTAINS MEETING HELD AT CROWDER BROTHERS HARDWARE ON MANATEE AVE AT 7:00PM

JULY 9TH- DIVE, DIVE, DIVE!!!!!!
( Weigh in begins at 2pm @ the Bearded Clam Tiki Bar and Restaurant. You must be in the weigh in line by 5pm.)

This Tourney has grown to be the largest Charity tournament in the U.S. We want to thank all of our entrants and sponsors from last year and are seeking sponsors for this years tourney. We donated over $14,000.00 to Shriners Hospital for Children and St Pete All Childres Hospital. We will give away over $25,000 in cash and prizes this year. Saturday July 9th.
