🌊🏋️‍♂️ REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for the CrossFit Lena Hydro Games 2026! 🏋️‍♀️🌊

Get ready for an unforgettable day of fitness, teamwork, and fun at the pool! Grab your partner and sign up now for our same-sex teams of 2 competition.

📍 Lakewood Ranch YMCA
📅 June 6th, 2026
⏰ Check-in begins at 8:00 AM

💲 $150 per team
⚡ Only 10 spots per division — spots will go fast!

📝 Registration Deadline: May 20th, 2026

📏 Movement standards will be posted on the next slide so you know exactly what to expect.

🏊‍♂️ Practice Dates at the YMCA:
📅 May 17th at 12 PM
📅 May 30th at 12 PM

☀️ There will be a grass area for athletes and spectators, so bring your tents, chairs, hydration, and sunscreen to stay comfortable throughout the day.

🏊‍♀️ You do not need to be a great swimmer to compete, but you must know how to swim and be comfortable in the water.

🌮 Food trucks will be on site!

🚨Attention Lena Fam!🚨

Summer is right around the corner, and what better way to kick it off than with the CrossFit Lena Hydro Games 2026!☀️

We’re excited to announce that on June 6th, we’ll be hosting this one-of-a-kind competition at the Lakewood Ranch YMCA.

This will be a same-sex teams of 2 competition featuring RX and Scaled divisions:

🔥 Men’s RX
🔥 Women’s RX
🔥 Men’s Scaled
🔥 Women’s Scaled

That’s 4 total divisions, with only 10 team spots available per division — so grab your partner and be ready to register fast!

The competition will feature 3 scored events combining CrossFit + swimming, plus 1 floater event on land.

🏊‍♂️ Don’t let the swim portion scare you! You do not need to be an amazing swimmer to compete. Workouts are designed to be challenging, fun, and accessible for all fitness levels in their division.

👏 Spectators are absolutely welcome, so bring your friends and family to cheer everyone on!
