The House of Pain Martial Arts Academy We offer karate for ages 3 yr old and up, MMA fitness, MMA, grappling, boxing, kickboxing and jujitsu all under one roof!

Our school is a family oriented school, where working with your children, spouses or siblings are highly encouraged. Our karate program is ages 3 yr old and up. We teach self discipline, self control, focus, respect, self defense and much much more, all while learning martial arts. Our fitness program is a great weight loss program. If you don’t need to lose weight don’t worry the class is designe

d for many different personal goals. The class is a 45 minute none stop workout that is never the same. We work muscles from head to toe, along with high cardiovascular intensity. This is all done by highly trained encouraging trainers in a group environment. We also provide personal lessons whether it is for martial arts or fitness. They are a great way to improve quickly with that 1 on 1 training. Other programs we offer is MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, Grappling and more.

We are doing a monthly challege for Kickin' It Karate & Fitness. If you are out and you see someone wearing a Kickin' It Karate shirt or one of our vehicles take a photo, let us know where you took the photo, post it on ypur page and tag yourself at Kickin' It Karate & Fitness
