🌿 Project Spotlight: Kimberly Home – Clearwater, FL 🌿
Designing for toddlers is different.
It has to be intentional.
It has to be safe.
And it has to match their developmental stage.
We recently completed a brand-new 6–23 month toddler playground for Kimberly Home in Clearwater — built specifically for early childhood growth and exploration.
This wasn’t just adding equipment.
It was creating a complete outdoor environment.
✔️ Toddler-specific play structure (designed for 6–23 months)
✔️ Age-appropriate ground-level activities
✔️ Three commercial-grade shade structures
✔️ Picnic tables for caregivers & gathering
✔️ Artificial grass for clean, low-maintenance areas
✔️ EPDM rubber surfacing for impact attenuation & safety
For this age group, play is about sensory exploration, balance, early mobility, and safe independence.
That’s why we design spaces that are developmentally matched — not just scaled-down versions of big kid playgrounds.
And in Clearwater’s heat?
Shade + proper surfacing makes all the difference.
This space now gives caregivers peace of mind and little ones a safe place to move, discover, and grow.
If your childcare center, church, or school is serving infants and toddlers — let’s design something built specifically for them.
