If you know me you know I love France. 🇫🇷 Gyms in France , especially in the more rural parts of the country are often referred to as places to perform “Musculation”, or physical exercise. It’s what we do at Blue Sage Pilates, mindfully, purposefully and regularly, just like Joseph Pilates.

Co trilogy in Cognac was fantastic! Such a wonderful group! We explored, ate , drank and did incredible Pilates! Kaile Larson and Susan Mayo | Blue Sage Pilates came together to immerse all those who came in Contrology and the beautiful French country side!
