As I looked over all my shows I saw that this was my 10th show!!! Wow. I’ve been competing since 2016 with the exception of 2022 and 2023. Each prep, each stage, each pose teaches me something new. I’m proud of what I brought, but I also know this: I can and I will be better next time.

The journey never stops. This sport is about growth, discipline, and pushing past limits — and I’m just getting started.

Thank you to everyone who’s been with me through the ups, downs, rice cakes, and peak weeks 🙌 The next chapter is already in motion.

Women are always nervous about lifting weight because they think they will get “too bulky”. That will not happen unless you are eating and lifting to purposefully put on lots of muscle tissue. See below why it’s so important for women to include resistance training into there exercise routines.
