Be a part of AWE! All Women Empowered Self-defense program! It is the right time to learn the skills to protect yourself. As a mom, daughter, family member, or friend, you will leave this course with the confidence to know you have what it takes to protect yourself and those you love. Each participant experiences a personalized, safe experience, learning in a small student/teacher ratio.

The AWE! course is delivered through 5 two-hour classes. In that time, women learn how to defend against attackers, free themselves from an assault, and respond appropriately when threatened. Women will gain awareness of potential threats, learn how to best respond, and have opportunities to develop physical and mental skills needed to avoid, escape, or react to an attack. The AWE! course sets itself apart by providing the ability to practice and use skills in live attack simulations with detailed coaching and feedback.

Each course consists of 4 Tuesday evenings and one final class on a Friday evening. The Krav Maga self-defense techniques taught during the AWE! course are the same skills taught to the Israeli Defense Forces. The techniques are simple to learn, focused on real-world situations, and extremely efficient! With over 1300 graduates, the course is life-changing and open to females from teens to eighty!
