Let’s start the week off right by making simple, easy choices that promote your fitness💪
💥Drink plenty of water today: 0.5-1 ounce per pound of bodyweight (shooting for 100 oz to a gallon is always a good start)
💥Get outside for at least 30-60 minutes
💥Take mini breaks during the day to stretch for a couple minutes
💥Avoid being on your phone right before you go to sleep
