Not every gym allows animals and I completely understand. That’s why coming to a private studio where you can bring your fur baby is a perk! Animals help reduce stress and anxiety, which can make obtaining a higher THR easier to achieve. Exercise is simulated stress and pressure you may experience in any realm of your life. It’s not just for a hot body, it’s for a full life. Don’t worry I tortured her, you only get to pet the dogs after a full set.

This week has been filled with a lot of auxiliary pride. My son, a new gallery in my neighborhood, and my long term friend and achieving a Masters. And there’s yet more good news to come. What is a world with out community? I couldn’t tell you, I just know me and mine are good. 💜💯 congrats
