Meet Reagan!! She has been coaching in Denver for the past 3 years and is bringing such amazing energy to the studio already. Fun fact, she actually used to live in Bozeman before heading back home for a little bit, and now she has officially moved back with her pup, Bowie 🐾

She is so excited to meet you all and be part of the Ascension fam ⚡️ Be sure to give her the warmest welcome!!

Reminder that we will have a condensed schedule for Memorial Day on Monday, May 31st with morning classes through 12pm only! All afternoon classes will be removed so our team can enjoy an afternoon outside with family and friends 😎

Is it a Sculpt summer?? We think YES ☀️🔥

Come check out the moves, the vibes, and the burn in the Sculpt room with our one and only Chloe. Repetition is key in here and those muscles are going to be SHAKING by the end.

The Sculpt room has quickly become one of our favorite little corners of Ascension — lights low, music up, good energy, and always a grand ol time. We have plenty of class times throughout the week, so come sweat with us!
