Bryce trained through a rough illness—program adjusted, standards stayed high. The outcome spoke for itself.
When he returned to school, coaches joked he’d been “on steroids.”

Then they commented on how different he looked—fielding and hitting.

Training Block:
• 3 weeks
• 12 total sessions
• 2 lower / 2 upper per week

Results:
• Box Squat +30 lbs
(above parallel → 1” below parallel)
• Bench Press +35 lbs
• Vertical Jump +3”
• Bodyweight +5 lbs
