This week is here supporting and raffling a FREE VO2 test and Resting Metabolic Rate test...these are great for getting some baselines data of where your fitness stands and target areas for improvement. ⠀

It’s TUESDAY!! Time for some speed and running in circles (oval)...⠀

This week we have the ever awesome raffling off free metabolic testing. There have been a few of the group now who have had the testing done and are beginning to implement the results into their training with great effect! ⠀

Moving forward we will continue to combine track 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏽‍♀️ Tuesday with 🌮 Tuesday!! Join us after the run over at La Parilla for some tasty tacos!!

Loaded and headed to Bigfork Montana for the Spartan Race and kick off to the Mountain series! Meeting up tomorrow with a couple of our out of town athletes to get them there numbers! If interested in testing hit us up, even if just curious as to how a test is performed and how easy we can get you your training heart rates!
