I have our groomer operator that has been grooming Taylor's Fork every Monday for us have a huge ask for anyone riding in the Taylor's for area...
Please see below 👇👇
Apparently, I started a treasure hunt with a prize the last time I was in Taylor Fork grooming!
I got out of the cat three times last Monday, one was at the first marker Pole on the flat below the cabin Trail intersection, right after the corner in the 1st section of trees with good snow, to grab a pair of goggles that were tied to the pole for a couple of weeks. If anyone is looking for them, they are now on the table at the groomer shed let me or someone know and we can get them to you!
The second time was in between the longest set of trees when you're going to the top and the short section of trees that is above the slide Creek Trail sign. There is just a short section of open between the short set of trees and the long set of trees that the trail cuts through.
The third time was at the back of the basin about three or four markers from where I turn around. The picture from the last groomer Update is exactly where I stopped. I took this picture while I was stopped there. The upper 2 spots I had gotten out to shovel the snow off of the drag and the back of the cat so I could see what the action of the snow was doing in the drag. Somewhere on those three stops, my wallet fell out! It could be that the sled grabbed it and drug it down the trail from where I actually had it fall out but as the warm weather goes on and the snow gets chewed up it may surface with any luck! I went up with a snowmobile last Wednesday but it had snowed about 6in up there and the wind was blowing it all over so it had more than likely put another layer on top of the layer that it was probably packed into!
If everyone can keep an eye peeled for it while the snow starts to settle and thaw as spring goes on, I am offering a $100 return fee for it! So if you're into treasure hunting and want to make a hundred bucks, keep your eyes peeled! Thank You!!
