Meet Connor Schable, the man behind the molding.
Connor’s been consistently cranking out strong parts, from our ST Tech to the legendary Pillow Line straps. A true ripper at heart, he doesn’t just build quality control into our Injection Molding Department, he tests it himself, out in the field.
That reliability and performance you’ve come to know from Spark starts with employees like Connor.

The Pivot Pin -
Spark R&D Screw Machine Production Engineer Thomas Horn walks us through the lifecycle of the infamous pivot pin, a part that helped change splitboarding performance for the better, both on the tour and the ride. From raw stock to finished pin, made by splitboarders for splitboarders at the base of the Bridger Mountains in Bozeman, Montana, USA.
