Contributions to the Bobcat Club are considered unrestricted gifts.For example, if you give the Bobcat Club $900 for the general scholarship fund each year, the full value of your donation is used to determine seating priority, parking priority, and recognition level approved by the director of athletics. When you complete the membership application, you are given an opportunity to accept all or part of your benefits package and adjust your charitable deduction accordingly. If you exercise your right to purchase tickets based on your priority as a booster, you may only take an 80% deduction after subtracting the value of other benefits you elect to receive.
