Bozeman Climbing Team The Bozeman Climbing Team is a youth climbing team dedicated to the development of young athletes.

We strive to teach our athletes to be the safest, strongest, smartest, and most enthusiastic climbers in Bozeman and across the region.

Season Highlights: Doing tinsel and glitter for all of my teammates for our competitions!

From the coaches to Chloe,
It’s hard to put into words what Chloe has meant to BCT over the last 10+ years.

She is the most decorated athlete ever to don a BCT jersey. A perennial National qualifier finishing as high as 5th in the country, her resume speaks for itself. But for those of us who have coached her for years, the real trophy is the person she has become.

Watching Chloe evolve from a shy young climber into our Team Captain has been a highlight of our coaching careers. She now carries a swagger that only comes from years of hard work and self belief.

Chloe, we’re going to miss your elite talent, but more than that, we’ll miss your kindness, your compassion for the crew, and those contagious giggles that kept us all smiling. Thank you for a decade of greatness. Once a BCT athlete, always a BCT athlete!

Chloe will be attending the Colorado School of Mines in the fall. We wish her all the best!

Season Highlights: All sitting in a circle on the mats by the lead walls and all laughing, talking, and having fun!

From coaches to Mia,
Mia’s time with BCT started over ten years ago. She unfortunately had to take a break when her family moved to Seattle for a few years. When they moved back to Helena Mia and her brother Tristen started making the trek down to Bozeman for practices.

All of her hard work has paid off. Mia double qualified for nationals in sport and boulders! We are super excited to support her as she caps of her time on BCT Ona high note.

Mia will be attending Montana state to study kinesiology!

⭐️SENIOR SPOTLIGHT⭐️ Amelia (Milly) Hexom ⭐️

Season Highlight: Having a good time with my teammates at practices and the occasional ball game before practice starts!

From Coaches to Milly,
Milly has been on BCT for 10 years. Over those ten years Milly explored all avenues of climbing. She competed in both sport and bouldering, qualifying for regionals in both. Ultimately Milly found her passion for climbing was in the community. At practice Milly was welcoming and encouraging to all her teammates. We really appreciate this type of energy she brought to BCT. Milly will be attending MSU to study nursing. We are looking forward to seeing her around them gym and hope she is not to cool to say hi to us.

Season Highlight: Having fun climbing with the team!

From Coaches to Owen,
Owen was only with BCt for a couple years. Joining a competitive climbing team your junior  year is no easy task. He immediately fit right in and we wish we had more time with him. Owen made the most of is time on BCT. His hard work over his short time on BCT allowed him to double qualify for boulders and ropes at regionals. He than qualified for rope divisionals.We will miss Owens try hard attitude and dedication to improving. with those characteristics we know 
Owen can do what ever he puts his mind to. He will be attending Virgina tech in the fall. good luck Owen!

Season Highlight: Dynos & Dogs with the team!

From Coaches to Tommy,

Tommy has been a on BCT for the past 9 years. We have had the pleasure of not only watching Tommy grow as a climber but as person. He has consistently been a positive teammate always welcoming new members and encouraging them to push them selves.

Tommy will be greatly missed on BCT for his constant try hard and a plethora of fun facts.

Tommy will be attending Colorado school of mines studying electrical engineering!

Season Highlight: Goofing around with my teammates!

From Coaches to Grace,

Grace has been a wonderful addition to the BCT family. She has grown into a fantastic mentor for her younger team mates. Grace has modeled  hard work, kindness towards teammates, and a love of climbing. We will miss her sense of humor, ability to rally her teammates, and or course her would you rather questions.

Grace is moving on to university of Montana and we wish her the best of luck!
