AVIV’s Self Defense is different from other self defense programs. Professor’s & World champion instructors, & not only teach physical techniques but also cover how to train your emotions and mindset so you can be in control of yourself in stressful situations.

Female leadership is a game changer when teaching self defense or martial arts to women. We understand the lived experience of being a woman, being vulnerable, & how to feel safe, aware, & confident in our bodies and different environments.

Incredible day at AVIV today.

Today’s self-defense workshop wasn’t just about techniques. It was about empowerment.
As women, world champions, and proud members of the LGBTQIA+ community, we believe it’s our responsibility to create safe spaces and pass on the tools to protect and uplift.

All proceeds will go to support an LGBTQIA+ youth in Brazil — the country with the highest rate of violence against LGBTQIA+ individuals in the world.
