Parents, please watch...

I highly recommend this short series on Netflix, "13 Reasons Why"

There are some very difficult topics we have to eventually face with our kids, especially as they become teenagers... Su***de and R**e for example seem extreme but it all starts from bullying in some way or grooming a bully...

Teens do not have the capacity to realize that bad times will pass, to them it seems forever...

I am sure we all know someone who has committed su***de or been a victim of r**e... it's horrible 😢

Please check out this video and the series too... I hope that together we can arm our children to be stronger, happier & able to laugh...

And of course stand up for themselves and never, never believe they are alone...

Need some advice!
I am working on starting a daily podcast and video show. Wanted to get your advice on a few things:

Name of the podcast/show?
"You Know Joe Keit?" Some people liked that one...

Topics that you would like to hear about?
I am hoping to help keep students and everyone else motivated, discuss health/ fitness, child development through martial arts, philosophy and history of Kung fu and other arts, more about Chinese culture and its relationship with Kung fu as well as having guests to interview, etc...

Platforms? YouTube? Facebook? iTunes? Etc...

Times to broadcast? Especially if it's a live video..

I really appreciate your help! I know many students would like to get more out of their training rather than in an hour long class...
