After many seasons of planning and following a three-tournament winning streak, our West Boynton Cobras 11U had an incredible experience at the Iron Forge Tournament in Pigeon Forge, TN, competing against 37 talented teams from across the country.
While the results didn’t go our way, the week was about much more than wins and losses. The boys competed at outstanding facilities, faced top-level competition, made some spectacular plays, and gained valuable experience that will help them continue to grow as players and teammates.
Highlights included competing in the Ripken Skills Competitions, the Home Run Derby, and the crowd-favorite Moms Home Run Derby! Most importantly, players, coaches, and families created memories, strengthened friendships, and shared an experience they’ll never forget.
We’re proud of the effort, sportsmanship, and resilience these boys displayed throughout the week and excited for what’s ahead.
