Aqua, azure, emerald, tourqoise, blue and yes purple are the colors of gorgeous Torch Lake…. One of the most beautiful lakes in the World.

It as so fun to walk out to the sandbar with a floating cooler and enjoy the festivities and fun with friends and families and dogs 🐶 chasing frisbees and jumping off boats !!

What a beautiful day during …….

Summertime in Northern Michigan ! 🎶

And thanks Short’s Brewery for sponsoring Skitoberfest at Boyne where I won the costume contest and was able to enjoy the Airbnb above Shorts in Bellaire !!

The decor is retro and a great location to enjoy the town and surrounding areas !!!

Hats off to you Boyne Mountain Resort for the knot the bridge exhibit!!

There were so many colorful creative one of a kind knot panels displayed on the Skybridge that inlcuded scenes from boyne and all over Michigsn !

The Mackinac Bridge, sky bridge, sand dunes, ice cream, sunsets, lighthouses, flowers and a panel that looked like candy dots !!!

Best part was that a portion of the proceeds from sales during the display will go to the Women’s Resource Center of Northern Michigan.

And it was fun to bump into up north friends on the longest suspension bridge in the World and to ride the First chairlift in the world 🌎 to get there !!!

Thanks Kyler Phillips and all for your efforts !

I couldn’t stop taking pictures and I also met some of the knitters who were from all over the region !!!

Fleece and Thank You is an amazing organization that provides blankets to children in hospitals bring color, comfort , connection and support !

Thanks to Tracy Passmore Allen who invited me to volunteer at the annual golf outing at the gorgeous Wyngate country club

It’s always a meaningful gathering with amazing humans !!! Please check out the organization and donate if you can !!!
