There will be no 5:30, 6:30 am, or 9 am classes tomorrow due to weather. A decision will be made regarding the 9am class by 7:45am.

We are looking for CF L1 certified coaches to add to our CFB team! The ideal candidate would have availability both in the early morning and evening. Coaching experience is preferred, current CFL1 is required.

We are happy to announce that we have installed a new system, called airROS.

This is considered the gold standard of continuous sanitizing of the air and surface.

This will ensure cleaner and healthier air, with germ free equipment.
