I help you honor your experience, reconnect with your resilience, and find your way back to peace. Heart Soul Haven was born after I experienced four miscarriages and realized how little support existed for the emotional and spiritual side of healing after pregnancy loss. What I needed most wasn’t pressure to move on or fix myself. I needed compassion, support, and space to honor what I had lived

through. Through my own healing journey, I found steadiness again through reflective practices, journaling, emotional support tools, and spiritual connection. That journey led me to become a Certified Professional Life Coach so I could help other women navigate pregnancy loss, grief, and major life transitions with compassionate, soul-centered support. I believe healing isn’t about erasing grief. It’s about honoring your experience, reconnecting with your resilience, and finding your way back to peace.
