🇺🇸🏈 BHYFL — WEEK 1 IS HERE!!! 🏈🇺🇸
🔥🔥🔥 THE WAIT IS OVER!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Helmets are strapped. Chin straps are buckled. Cheer squads are ready. Coaches have put in the hours. Parents have cleared their Saturdays.
🇺🇸🏈 THE 2026 BLACK HILLS YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE SEASON KICKS OFF THIS WEEKEND!!! 🏈🇺🇸
And there may not be a more meaningful weekend to begin our season.
🇺🇸 This year marks 25 YEARS since September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸
Twenty-five years ago, our nation experienced a day none of us should ever forget.
❤️ We remember the innocent lives lost.
🚒 We remember the firefighters.
🚔 We remember the police officers.
🚑 We remember the first responders.
🇺🇸 We remember our military.
🇺🇸 We remember the everyday Americans who showed extraordinary courage.
❤️ We remember the families whose lives changed forever.
But we also remember what happened AFTERWARD.
🇺🇸 WE CAME TOGETHER.
🇺🇸 WE HELPED OUR NEIGHBORS.
🇺🇸 WE STOOD BESIDE ONE ANOTHER.
🇺🇸 WE WERE PROUD TO BE AMERICANS.
❤️🤍💙🇺🇸 25 YEARS LATER — WE REMEMBER. WE HONOR. WE NEVER FORGET. 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙
And this weekend, more than 1,000 young athletes across the Black Hills get the opportunity to compete, cheer, learn, make memories, and simply BE KIDS because generations before them fought to protect that freedom. 🇺🇸🏈📣
So as we kick off WEEK 1, let's make it special!
🔥 Cheer LOUD!
🔥 Respect the officials!
🔥 Thank the coaches and volunteers!
🔥 Support EVERY kid on that field!
🔥 Represent your association with PRIDE!
🔥 Compete hard and show GREAT sportsmanship!
🏟️ RESPECT THE FACILITIES WE ARE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO USE!
Please clean up after yourselves, take care of the fields, bleachers, bathrooms and surrounding areas, and LEAVE THEM BETTER THAN WE FOUND THEM!
These communities open their facilities to us so our kids can play. Let's show them how much BHYFL APPRECIATES IT! 🙌❤️
