6 Element Sports 6 Element Sports is a unique opportunity for young athletes in Elementary & Middle school to improve motor skill development.

While allowing Varsity athletes to hown and develop their skills. 6 Element Sports Performance Course is a unique opportunity for children in elementary and middle school to improve motor skill development during the critical years of 6 thru 14 years of age. This is the time when plasticity is still high and movement habits have not been ingrained as permanent. Participants can develop a physical

foundation for future improvement, stability, mobility and coordination. The Course takes a goal orientated approach to systemically teaching fundamental athletic movement that can serve as a base for sport skills. This course is a Fun Action Packed Hour in which kids have a Great Time while improving their self esteem. Our staff consists of professional credentialed coaches who provide inspiration in a positive setting.
