As an economic broker, The Development Group applied for a Regional Rural Development Grant in partnership with FHERO on behalf of the City of Bowling Green. The goal of this grant is to develop an actionable five-year strategic plan with strategies and recommendations to enhance the city’s aesthetics, walkability, and overall vibrancy.

We are thrilled for the citizens of Bowling Green, as this initiative will help revitalize their downtown into a welcoming and beautiful destination that strengthens the community and supports future growth.
