If you are law enforcement, military, or anyone with a physical job or if you are just wanting to get in shape, this class is for you!

Practical application training with a mix of conditioning, barbell work, sandbag work, HIIT style training and much more to get you strong and fit for real world application!

We will be running classes on Tuesdays at 5pm and Saturdays at 9am with the first class being Tuesday 10/14
