Woman Drowns after Saving Child at Phil Moore Park. On Friday, we reported a Water Rescue in Progress at Phil Moore Park. What we didn’t know then, is that she had just saved a child from downing. She was transported to a local hospital in critical condition but later that evening, Sarah Jo Reeder succombed to her injuries.
