Fresh off life in New York City, Coach Catherine brings a dynamic mix of creativity, professionalism, and extensive dance experience to the team.
Her background spans studio, theatre, school, and national and international competitive dance. Hip hop is her favorite style, and she loves bringing its energy, musicality, and confidence into the studio.
Outside of dance, Catherine works as a Senior Specialist of Brand Experience and serves on the leadership team for a local Warren County nonprofit event. When she’s not coaching, you can find her traveling, enjoying all things theatre, film, and television, getting lost in a good book, or spending quality time with the people she loves most.
We are so grateful to have her support this season!

Coach Chelsea is the assistant dance coach who keeps the program running with equal parts creativity, organization, and caffeine. A professional photographer by trade, she has an eye for detail and a natural ability to see the bigger picture, both on the sidelines and on the dance floor.
As a mom of three, you’ll usually find Chelsea spending her free time at a baseball field or basketball court cheering on her son, enjoying a funny movie with her husband, cuddling with her basset hound, Martha, or tackling her latest DIY project. If it can be painted, built, rhinestoned, remodeled, or repurposed, she’s probably already halfway through it.
Known as the team’s organization queen, Chelsea doesn’t just have a schedule. She has a schedule for the schedule, complete with reminders for the reminders.
Behind the scenes, she keeps the team running smoothly- managing logistics, supporting dancers, and making sure no detail gets overlooked. Her creativity, encouragement, and ability to turn a little chaos into a well-organized plan make her an invaluable part of the program and someone the team can always count on.

Coach Liz is a former college dancer who turned her passion for performance into purpose as a head coach. After hanging up her collegiate uniform, she built this program from the ground up- pouring in long hours, high standards, and a whole lot of heart. What started as a vision has grown into a competitive, respected team rooted in discipline, confidence, and excellence.
As the head coach, Liz is the brains behind the operation. She’s the visionary who dreams up the routines, goals, and direction for the program, while the rest of the coaching staff helps bring those ideas to life. Her creativity, drive, and commitment are the foundation of everything this team accomplishes.
As a proud boy mom, Liz has mastered the art of balancing toughness with tenderness. She’s known for being strict but loving—holding her dancers accountable while fiercely believing in their potential. She demands focus, respect, and hard work… and yes, if practice gets a little chaotic, there’s always a chance a checkered Van might go flying (all in love, of course 😉).
With a wealth of dance knowledge and years of performance experience, Liz brings both technical precision and real-world insight to every practice. When she’s not in the gym, you’ll find her spending time with her family, cheering on her son from the sidelines at his sporting events, or planning the next big vision for the team. Her mission is bigger than trophies, banners, or ribbons. She’s building strong, disciplined, confident young athletes who carry what they learn far beyond the dance floor.

A pretty great view from the sidelines this weekend! 🏈
Our dancers had the opportunity to cheer on the Purples from the sidelines at WKU for the Rafferty’s Bowl and getting to watch them bring home a WIN made it even sweeter!
Such a fun night, a great experience for our girls, and another reason to be proud to be a Purple!

We had a blast at our second game with a Purples win on Thursday night! It was so good to dance and watch cheer perform for all of the 6th graders at our pep rally on Friday! Once a purple always a purple! 💜💛

First football game of the season is officially in the books! 🏈
It was HOT, we battled a few technical difficulties, and things didn’t go exactly as planned—but these girls handled it all like champs.
So proud of the way they kept smiling, kept dancing, and made the best of every little hiccup. If today was any indication, we’re in for a pretty great season. 💜💛
