February Nutrition Club discussions starting NOW! First email has been sent wrapping up our fundamentals of protein and introducing carbohydrates. This week sets the stage for a month of learning how to master your metabolism of carbohydrates. We start with carb structure and digestion and work our way through the neurological response, timing, and physiological impacts (performance, weightloss etc).
This is NOT your typical conversation. Everyone we have worked with on carbs has seen changes in attitude, sleep, stress tolerance, training, immune heath and more. It’s not good vs bad. Nothing is that black and white. Come learn with us and challenge your way of thinking AND eating.
