World Champion Karate Kickboxing begins Monday October 17 at 7:30pm. We have certified Black Belt Instructors who will instruct you on correct techniques on kicks and punches. Heavy Bags will be used so bring your gloves or you can purchase directly from us. 1960 Louisville Road.
