Equipment Highlight: The KING Hack Squat


Famously used by Ronnie Coleman at Metroflex, this hack is built for the hardest, heaviest leg sessions. With 4 weight horns, a massive back pad, a super knee-friendly foot plate angle, and enough ROM for even the shortest users to absolutely bury it, there's little left to be desired in a leg machine. In our opinion, it's one of, if not THE best hack squat ever made.
