When you’re as adorable as Boom here you get a pass when you decide to turn anti-derby direction and tackle the jammer. 😆 Coach Bam says, “Nope”. While teammate Knuckles says, “We do not tackle in roller derby.”. But it’s all a part of the learning process!! 🥰 ☺️ 🛼. We love teaching the basics to itty bitty skaters.

While we are so proud of our level 3 athletes, we can’t forget that this is where it all begins. It starts with tiny skaters, a love for Roller Derby, amazing coaches, and older skaters who are willing to encourage younger skaters. VCJRD volunteers are making a difference in our community and each practice is full of glimmers.✨
