Forgive the raspy voice. I’m literally coaching nonstop everyday and my voice is shot.

What a mighty God we serve. He hears and answers prayers. Not so much on our timeline but His. I believe as the Bible states that when you speak Gods word it has to go out and accomplish what you spoke for it to do.

2013. I had major surgery on my right knee after coming back from active duty. Surgery and rehab was at Walter Reed. I had the most amazing PTA. And wouldn’t you know we became really good friend and stayed in co Taft with each other over the years. Fast forward to 2026. The teacher becomes the pupil.

Client Spotlight: Lo**ta “Ma Dukes” Martin. What can I say or even need to say about this athlete. Amazing work ethic. Humble, loving and giving individual.

Lo**ta came to me early in the year. She gave me a hug and whispered I need you as part of my team. Lo**ta was preparing for the Masters Boxing Championships in Vegas in February of 2026. She has been injured and in a walking boot for 6 months. Her doctors handwritten her off and round her she wouldn’t be able to do any more physical activity. I told Lo**ta I wound be honored. I just asked her one thing: “Do you trust me?”. She said yes. And my reply was “I got you”.

Through a customized training and corrective training program and recovery protocol Lo**ta was able to complete her training camp; fight; and win the Masters Boxing Championship.

I had the privilege of joining her striking and boxing coaches and together we saw team huddled around Lo**ta and she became a champion.

I’m hinder to say the least to be able to do what I love and come along and empower others to reach their goals in fitness and in life.

Congratulations Lo**ta. You are Conversion Fitness Approved.

Also a special shout to Randi the other hand of Lo**ta for bent so amazing and so supportive.

Oh she’s gonn beat me beat me but did I mention she’s 60.
