I mean every word of this.

So many people stay on the sidelines because they don't think they're ready. They are waiting until they are faster. Waiting until they lose weight. Waiting until it feels less scary.

But here is what I know as a coach and runner: the ones who show up before they feel ready are always the ones who surprise themselves the most.

You do not have to be able to run. You just have to be willing to try. That is it. That is the whole requirement.

Run Fit Crew will meet you exactly where you are and walk with you every step of the way. Literally.

We run every first and third Saturday at 8:30am in Bowie, MD. Membership is always free.

Nobody starts as a runner. They start as someone who decided to try.
Run Fit Crew was built for that person. The one who thinks they can't do it. The one who hasn't run a mile without stopping since high school.
The one who almost talked themselves out of coming.

Will it be easy? No. Running is hard. We will not pretend otherwise. But every person who has ever crossed a finish line started exactly where you are right now.

Show up. Put in the work. Finish strong. That feeling on the other side is worth every single step.

Run Fit Crew meets again on Saturday, May 23 at 8:30am.
